re:campaign: Change and e-Campaigning

(English) At the fringes of the re:publica 2010 in Berlin the first re:campaign conference on e-campaigning will take place, 16th – 17th April 2010.

Smart Mobs, Twitter-Campaigns, Mobile-Activism the catchwords of the digital age. The re:campaign 2010 will the first event of its kind, at the fringes of the well established re:publica conference in Berlin, dealing with the question of how to use the internet for social change and mobilisation. For two days web designers, activists, and NGO specialst are going to discuss the strategies and tactics of online campaigning as well as showing best-practice cases. The event aims at giving creative incentives to old and new web activists by providing a platform for discussions and the exchange of ideas.
