Founded in late 2009, change centre foundation is a politically independent non-profit think tank, based at Meerbusch, Germany.

The foundation’s goal is to do independent research on societal change and the innovation and transformation of private and public organisations. It strongly supports the exchange and transfer of knowledge between science and business. Therefore, the foundation conducts research projects relevant to both the scientific community and to key stakeholders in change processes, discussing findings with decision makers and the public via workshops and publications.
