Conference: Changing Internal Communication in London

(English) The “3rd Internal Communication Change Conference” is taking place in London from the 9th – 10th of March 2010.

The global financial crisis is a major reason for organizational change efforts. Many businesses are striving to use the current momentum to enhance their competitiveness in a rough business climate. However, this striving is fruitless if you do not effectively engage employees and customers. The conference will focus on getting communications right in times of crisis.
The “3rd Internal Communication Change Conference” is supported by leading British and global companies, most prominently E.ON UK and British Airways. Tuesday the 9th will be all about case studies and best practice examples. Keynote speakers include consultant Angela Mohtashemi (PricewaterhouseCoopers), Tom Crawford (E.ON UK), Penny Lawson (British Airways) both heads of internal communications. On Wednesday 10th four workshops on change communication will be held:

• Measuring effective change communication
• Coaching leaders to communicate change effectively
• Supporting employees through difficult change
• How to engage employees using the World Cafe technique
