Conference: Change Management 2010 in Toronto
(English) The Conference Board of Canada is holding a conference on “Change Management 2010: The Human Dimension” – April 27th – 28th 2010.
The challenges caused by the global financial crisis have intensified the need for an effective approach to change management. Businesses of all sizes as well as the public sector have to react and adapt to the ongoing crisis. Therefore, Canada´s foremost, non-profit, applied research organization is holding a conference on change and its human dimension.
The conference aims to show useful strategies for change implementation. How to lead and engage diverse individuals in the process, and how to keep the commitment to a common vision.
Leading change practitioners from a wide range of organizations, will give sessions on change communication, leadership, building trust, creating performance, and dealing with anxiety. These experts will also explain how to:
* execute change more effectively
* avoid change management pitfalls
* sustain momentum in complex change efforts
* engage others
The latest strategies and tools for change management will be presented, to help participants overcome the change hurdles facing them and their organization.
